The eFoam site was very easy to use and offered useful information on their range of products. As a first time buyer it was unfortunate at checkout that I ran into difficulties with payment which persisted for almost a day. To be fair the problem seemed to be associated with some intermediary site in the processing chain and not the eFoam site itself. It is for this reason that my review score is "Good" rather than "Very Good".
