Just processed my 5th Order with this company. Getting used to their system, and refining what I order by the results when using the foam. I have/ am reupholstering a few chairs and a two seater, some of which are Parker Knoll's. I have found the superior medium as a bottom seat cushion to be really cosseting but not so as a back cushion where its to firm so am ordering soft to try but haven't any results yet. My only doubt has been the ordering a superior medium domed cushion, the middle layer is a firm foam, which I didn't really like and is not made clear at ordering, I assumed it would be an additional pocket of the same type of foam. Their processing and delivery is very quick, my last order was placed on a Wednesday afternoon and it arrived on the Friday Afternoon to Scotland.
