So far it has been a very positive experience. I needed a foam sheet cut to size for a diy project and found on the website a wide range of choices with very clear information and very reasonable prices. When contacted the customer service for further advice I got a prompt, very polite and exhaustive reply. The website is pleasantly easy to navigate and the online order process was simple and quick. I've just placed my order thus cannot comment yet on the product quality (hence not given 5 stars) but I wish all my shopping experiences could be so smooth and easy.
