Very poor service and very rude! Goods were ordered but unfortunately they sent me one wrong item which I was told to pack it up and they would collect and send me the right order, 4 days later they now tell me that they don’t send goods back until they receive them back from the courier
This dispute should be between efoam and their courier NOT the customer especially as the goods were paid for, still awaiting response
