This company is based in Hong Kong and has no UK presence which is not the impression they give in their advertising.
When you want to return an item they say they will deduct a handling charge as per their returns policy. Having printed off their returns policy there is no mention of such a charge therein. They are asking for £15 which is excessive.
So please be aware of this before purchasing.
