Please do touch this company! Like many other reviews on here I ordered an item and then this shambolic company fail to deliver it after months of emails. They send non personalised, generic replies stating there is an issue with the couriers but cannot the basic answers.
Fortunately I used PayPal and managed a full refund through their resolution process (probably because they have had so many issues with them before).
Total scam merchants and the sooner they go out of business the better.
