I made an order on the 8th October 2018 and received an email confirming the order. Since then, I've not received a thing. (now the 17th October 2017). I've also sent 4 emails to them asking for an update and received nothing back. Even if the phone I ordered turns up, the companies customer service is shocking. If you're happy to wait a long time for delivery then it's worth it but they could at least give you the courtesy of informing you about the status of your order.
