I ordered an apple 4 watch on 27/09/2018 advised it was in process. Four emails later and like others on this site have mentioned I raised a ticket three times to get an update on the order, still no response. Advised them I’m now cancelling payment through visa. Really appalling service - best advice? Pay the extra and use a more reputable company who value their customers.
