Avoid this company. I gave them a second chance after failing to deliver my first order. Six months later......I ordered a new Samsung phone and guess what......it never arrived. Lost in transit apparently. Have to wait 3-5 days for an email reply from eGlobal and when they do, it is useless information. I'm trying to go through my credit card company to get my £350 back as eGlobal are not helping. Trust me......avoid them and pay the bit extra for your own piece of mind!!!
