I ordered an iPad Mini from eGlobal Central UK on 10th October 2018, and got an immediate email confirmation that they'd received my order. All good so far. However, I didn't receive any further communication after that. I emailed them twice (to both email addresses I could find) for an update and got no response. Two weeks on, I checked my credit card and they hadn't processed a payment. I then emailed them to cancel the order as I have no idea when they were planning to fulfil it, and ordered off Amazon instead for an extra £20. Funnily enough I got an email response to my cancellation (they'd reserved the payment but not processed it yet) - it seems they weren't too bothered that I'd cancelled, I think they must not have anywhere near enough capacity to cope with the number of orders they are receiving. Having read other reviews maybe I got off lightly!
