ordered a phone online - tried to cancel the order as i ordered the wrong model, emailed them 4 times and had no reply. this afternoon i had an email that the product is dispatched and due to holidays (which holidays) we can't give you a tracking number at this point.
not sure if they have scammed me - will await few days and if nothing heard will have to call the bank and put a block on the payment.
