Appalling company who will NOT refund. Bought a Dyson Vacuum Cleaner. Serial number scratched off the product!
The company states they will be responsible for the guarantee and not Dyson. How is this possible? Refuse to provide a UK return address. They don't have one. No invoice provided.
Demanding fees for restocking etc.
Please avoid this company!
