Terrible experience with Eglobal Central: the product simply was never received. I had to write to them to ask what had happened after more than a month and they said the parcel was "lost". No reimbursement but a derisory 22 EUR compensation..
Reading around it appears I am not the only person in this situation so it seems unacceptable they keep on working with the same delivery company that keeps "loosing" packages..
