Bought by mistake microsoft Surface Go Cover Type (i meant to buy “pro”).
I asked for return, which they accepted. I paid for shipping, and then they didn’t refund me, arguing that it was unsealed (5cm transparent plastic tape misplaced) even though the product was untouched.
It’s a fraud.
