I bought a smartfone as a gift. The receiver didn't want it, though, and now I have to send it back.
But eGlobalCentral wants 58€ for it (40€ for the shipping to Hongkong - not to UK! - and a further 18€ 'commission' before being able to pay back the lawfully required full amount within 30 days. For an unopened parcel.
Their customer service is really bad as well. They speak English, but they only speak standard formulaeish.
Keep away from these! Especially if you are not completely sure you wish to keep the package.
