Customer care does not exist. Purchased samsung galaxy a71 start of April. Got 1 confirmation email that order was received and PayPal account debited. Since then, nothing. I have emailed everyday with no response. I have raised a dispute with PayPal who in turn contact them, still no response. I will now have to start a full claim with PayPal for compensation which could take another month or more.
I took a chance with these as the prices are very good. Don't make that mistake again.
