After waiting a month, I found out that the item (if it was sent) was sent to an incorrect address that I did not specify as the delivery address and the courier returned it to eGlobal. Terrible customer service: I purchased this item on April 7th and do not have the item or a refund! Customer Service is non-existent, with waits of 3-4 days to even get a response. Avoid at all costs.
