Total fail plus Communication Zero
I ordered on the website phone, paid by visa.
I didn´t receive any tracking.
Is two weeks since my order. I tried to contact the company 5 times with the question about delivery time and about my product.
Phone was not answered, 2x E-mail was not answered, I created ticket with this question on their website - not answered.
I do not know where the product, which I paid for, is currently and if I ever receive it.
The customer service is 0 in my case.
I will never order again!
