I ordered goods on 17 June 2019 and the money was taken from my card on the day. I received a number of e-mails with different tracking numbers. The courier company never received the item in order to deliver it. The tracking system initiated by Eglobal is actually diabolical. The courier, in their defence, couldn't do anything if they didn't have the package. We're now at 9 July and I don't have the item I purchased. Having sent a 'bad review forthcoming' e-mail to them yesterday, suddenly things have started moving. They have said that my item will be delivered to my pick-up point today, but I'll believe it when I see it. I'm half expecting to have to contact my card company to recall the payment. I have never had this difficulty with any other online company. I will never buy from them again.
