My receiver didn’t receive the gift at the first time. I reached out to egora, and they immediately replied me & contact the delivery person & helped me resolved the issue (they actually put the parcel outside of the door, which turned to a great surprise). Egora was really nice and reliable. I will definitely use their service again :)
