I purchased a EGW Ignition Kit (trigger & bow). I received the item and noticed the bow was not correct. I immediately contacted EGW and spoke to Katie regarding the matter. Katie advised me that she would place the correct bow in the mail today. Received the item in 2 days. Outstanding customer service. Thanks Katie, I will purchase more from EGW.
