Dreadful broadband ... they have been billing my brother in Dublin for 10 months ... he has no landline - he cancelled it 10 months ago. He's not a customer & rang them loads of times. I am a customer at present so have been ringing them from Cork to try to stop the bills to my brother in Dublin. Once these are stopped I'll follow suit and cancel everything to do with Eir.
