“I recently had the pleasure of being looked after in Gorey, Co Wexford by store manager Mervin. His service was above and beyond what was expected and he really looked after my issue. I travelled from Australia with a different sim that would not work and the lovely Mervin set me all up for the next 6 weeks with a sim to work in Ireland and all through Europe. If in Gorey go see Mervin in the Eir shop for exceptional service.”

They agreed it's a mistake but for the third weekend I am phoning them, all I get is we did escalate it. The Collection team is sending reminders with late payment fees. Run away from this company! It's a nightmare!”
“Im having an ongoing intermittent fault from June24 with my broadband droping out. I've logged this fault several times &: informed them that this sometimes happens a couple of times a day. I rely on WiFi as l have a monitoring system with cameras & sensors to help me care for my Mam with dementia. When I lose WiFi connection I then occasionally may have to reconnect the cameras to my WiFi if they don't reconnect automatically. This I've also informed the technicians when I logged the faults but unfortunately the problem hasn't been resolved.”
