Well we're not customers but their technicians were out yesterday working beside my house, they knocked our broadband off, admitted it, said they put it back on but left without doing it. We're now cut off for the weekend, a joke of an outfit

Eir decided to increase the price and stated in their email that I can cancel the contract without any cancellation fee. I received a bill of 837€ ! They agreed it's a mistake but for the third weekend I am phoning them, all I get is we did escalate it. The Collection team is sending reminders with late payment fees. Run away from this company! It's a nightmare!

Im having an ongoing intermittent fault from June24 with my broadband droping out. I've logged this fault several times &: informed them that this sometimes happens a couple of times a day. I rely on WiFi as l have a monitoring system with cameras & sensors to help me care for my Mam with dementia. When I lose WiFi connection I then occasionally may have to reconnect the cameras to my WiFi if they don't reconnect automatically. This I've also informed the technicians when I logged the faults but unfortunately the problem hasn't been resolved.

I have been waiting 2 years to get broadband into my house, they said it was trees that needed to be trimmed, so finally about 2 months ago I got the trees trimmed, eir said they would come to install the broadband last Wednesday and my wife took the day off work and nobody came, again they were to install the broadband today so my wife took another day off work and the guy shows up at 430 and said he can’t install it because the man lift on the van was broken, and now I get another appointment for next Thursday after explaining that we can take any more days off work, what a disaster of a company nobody knows what anyone is doing in the company, !!! Absolutely no management

Think Eir has turned a corner ok, I got great service over since I started as a new customer, phone answered quickly. Emails followed up on no issues, I had overlap payment issues with old supplier that was sorted by Eir very satisfactory.

Eir wouldn't give me my number back to access chronic medication, access to my bank, Renue and urgent services until I pay a bill they refused to take on installments. I was told to go to an Eir Store and get a prepaid sim card. I went to Eir Drogheda and paid €20 only to be told I can't get my number and the €20

For no reason a fault happened on my line.. Tec support could not fix it... Sending someone out in 7 days!!!! Meanwhile no tv no phones because of Internet down... When I tried to cancel my contract it was costing 500 euro... Don't go with this company..

I had no internet for 5 weeks due to a fault on the line . I couldn’t get anyone to fix it as we had a storm after I reported my fault so I was left completely stranded. I finally got a lovely call response from Jake. He was very understanding that I work remotely and was in a very difficult position. He rang me every day and got technicians out to fix my fault and got me back online . It was so frustrating, so I am extremely thankful to Jake who was so kind and accommodating. Thank you 🙏 Before Jake I did not receive any good customer service at all ! He deserves a fantastic review-

Attracted by eir broadband and phone offers, approached the local store. Staffs were alright.. Felt like the senior guy was training in new staffs and working under pressure :: nothing happened as per promises, i was told an engineer will call in, it never happened : i had to figure out the connections myself to active the service, my cooling off period was nearly over, got 2 days extended but with despair it was not any better with an extra 10 euro bill.. Had to cancel and now day 3 without any wifi waiting for my new provider. Customer care people say one thing and pass on to next one.. My last call with them was 1 hour 34 minutes by passing to different departments and people.. Its waste of peoples time and energy.. Eir is not better than any service.. Customer service is very bad and could wait more than hour. They will still blame the storm while other customer services works perfectly.. Its a disgrace and frustrating service.

Disgraceful company, horrendous customer service & an embarrassment to Ireland. Huge prices for terrible service, anytime there is as little as a breeze outside Wi-Fi is down for days with no help, fourth time in 3 months this has happened.
