Im having an ongoing intermittent fault from June24 with my broadband droping out. I've logged this fault several times &: informed them that this sometimes happens a couple of times a day. I rely on WiFi as l have a monitoring system with cameras & sensors to help me care for my Mam with dementia. When I lose WiFi connection I then occasionally may have to reconnect the cameras to my WiFi if they don't reconnect automatically. This I've also informed the technicians when I logged the faults but unfortunately the problem hasn't been resolved.
