I had no internet for 5 weeks due to a fault on the line .
I couldn’t get anyone to fix it as we had a storm after I reported my fault so I was left completely stranded.
I finally got a lovely call response from Jake. He was very understanding that I work remotely and was in a very difficult position.
He rang me every day and got technicians out to fix my fault and got me back online .
It was so frustrating, so I am extremely thankful to Jake who was so kind and accommodating.
