Customer service very poor. I had to ring numerous times to organise a time for the engineer to call out. I asked for my husband to be a named person on the account however any time my husband called the customer service representative wouldn't deal with him. It's a shamble of a service and requires significant professional input to avoid losing customers in the future. .
