I haven´t recently purchased anything. So I am a bit scared of what you could be doing with my Bank Account. Please do let me know for sure that you´re not doing any unauthorized transaction. Apart from that, you charged me almost 500 euro for a landline minutes I was told almost five times in your shops that it didn´t have any limits. I found that out with my bill and I find that really huge and unfair. I asked before signing the contract five times, if it was unlimited and I took their word for granted. That´s like lying to a customer and stealing almost 500 euros from my working hours and I think there´s a limit. I am really dissappointed and angry with this brand. Sorry, but I won´t come back once my contract is finished, that´s really true!
