But this time I was put in contact with Paula Johnson in your sales department and I have to say she was excellent from the start to finish, she was clear precise and exceptionally efficient. I don't know her or never had any other dealings with her, definitely a keeper for Eir. The best ordering experience I have ever had with your company. ????
