Decent products terrible service Honestly when things work they have good products but when you need services or replacements you get silence. I tried to put a warranty claim for my pc which stopped working about about a month ago. I actually got a representative named Miguel, we tried a few things for trouble shooting and after that first day I have not heard a pep from him. Even thought I emailed him everyday. Now I am put in a new ticket everyday to see if I get any type of response will update if I do. Avoid this company if you care about getting customer service Date of experience: April 02, 2025
