Bought a house in culcheth
Warrington. Extremely poor customer care service. We have been chasing our very long snag list for 8 months now . Losing heating and hot water constantly, broken window making the room uninhabitable in winter , broken door hinges , broken tiles, it took them 6 months to fix a leaking toilet. Very poor external brick work, poor insulation. Very poor craftmanship all over and the worst of all is the customer service they are dismissive and disorganized.
