Poor developments. I agree with all the previous reviews. Poor building work throughout. A company that doesn't care.
Overpriced houses, below standard developments.
Lots of snags, some impossible to see until something goes wrong.
Rubbish boilers that don't last more than a couple of years. Ovens, extraction fans and fridge freezers that have issues.
Can hear the wind coming through windows and doors.
Minimal patio flagging and paving area. Poor quality lawns.
A house costing several hundred thousands pounds should have very few issues.
