Firstly I was unhappy with them as I found out the set I had purchased a couple of months ago and hadn't used because of other commitments. When I decided to start my fitness sessions and planed to use the tubing I found it didn't have the handles in the pack. I blame myself for not checking the pack properly to make sure the set was complete and when I found out it wasn't it was too long a period to get handles. So I had to pay for some more which came promptly this wa good.
