For family reasons I can no longer get to a Gym on a regular basis. Body weight training is OK , but limited and progression is difficult. I have purchased countless bands and frankly found most to be pretty useless, vague strength naming, easily broken handles and clips. waste of time. Elastitone was going to be my last attempt.Assuming they were similar to other products , WOW ! They are in such a different class!. They are a real training product totally usable for real progress. I hardly ever bother to write a review, which says volumes about how pleased I am with my purchase
