I'm a taxi driver from Glasgow,I sit for long periods,I've found elastitone a great way to stretch stiff muscles,been using the bands for about two years going from easier bands to finally the excellent Mamba,I have arthritis these are a great non loading of your joints exercise and I have certainly tightened and toned all over sixty years old next year wish I'd found them sooner
