These bands are top quality and the price is great value. I bought them to use while away on holiday for a month and I managed to stay in great shape; the range of exercises possible is staggering. The bands are perfect for training while away on holiday / work etc but also a fantastic supplement to your regular training. I just leave mine hung over a door at home (with the supplied door anchor) and have a cheeky set while waiting for the kettle to boil or my toast to be ready etc etc. Can't recommend these highly enough; great products and great service too. So good I've got 2 friends to buy a set - they love them too. Cheers!
