I am a martial arts instructor and have been doing resistance band training for a number of years and I can honestly say that the elastitone bands are by far the best I have ever used. Most other bands break very easily and don't offer the strength of resistance that I am looking for, but these bands give me everything that I need and are incredibly strong and durable. I would recommend these bands to anyone without hesitation.
