Awful experience with the online shopping!
I ordered a sweatshirt and a pair of sneakers (Brownie). I go to the shop to pick up the order and when I opened the parcel at home the sneakers WERE NOT THERE. After complaining for 2 months I do not have the sneakers NOR MY 55 euros because they say I must wait until they find the sneakers. UNBELIEVABLE!! I'LL NEVER ORDER ONLINE FROM EL CORTE INGLES AGAIN
