Casi un mes para cerrar un caso. Compró televisión con instalación mismo día. Tenia que llegar el 21 de noviembre, al final llega casi una semana después, pero faltan los herrajes para colocar en pared. Después de varias reclamaciones y a más de tres semanas de la compra y varias llamadas para intentar solucionar el tema, sigo igual. Mañana lo devolveré todo, soporte y televisión. Un desastre postventa

I ordered a few products via the app and they delivered my order in 3 bunches. I received the first 2 and never received the last one, where I suppose to receive 4 t-shirts. And then the marked the items as delivered. I tried to get an support via online chat or phone but they said in my face that they will not help me because they don't speak English. I went several times to the physical customer service in one of the stores and they were just saying you need to wait. Order made in June and after two months nothing from them. I suppose I will have to forget for those 4 items. NEVER ORDER A THING FROM THIS STORE! NEVER!

I bought a product on September 2023, and I never received it. After many complaints (dozens of emails, endless calls...) El Corte Inglés agreed to return me the money in February 2024. It's April 2024 and I am still waiting for it. Awful experience, which has not been solved yet. Marc Cirera

Son unos ladrones. Llevo más de cuatro meses esperando que me devuelvan el importe de un producto online que devolví, y siempre que llamo me dicen que me lo devolverán; incluso alguna vez me han dicho que ya me han hecho el abono y que me llegará proximamente, pero ya han pasado casi cinco meses y sigo esperando. NUNCA MÁS VOLVERÉ A COMPRAR EN EL CORTEINGLES ONLINE, ni en tienda física, por estafadores.

I ordered two sun beds through La Tienda En Casa which is part of ElCorte Ingles on 27 January 2024. The goods were never delivered! I tried to contact them over the next month via online chat and email to ask for a refund. The online chat is a complete waste of time, they do not respond. I did eventually get a reply to an email but this stated that they couldn’t find my order and I heard nothing more. In the end my bank agreed to take up this matter on my behalf and they credited my account in full.

Tricksters! If you buy three products thinking you will get one free - watch out! Should you have bought any one cheap product of the same make, you will get that free instead. For example, I bought three packs of replacement Oral B Precision toothbrushes at €9.80 each, three OB dental tapes at €3.39 each, and three tubes of OB toothpaste at €2,90 each. Surprise, surprise, when I get the three toothpastes free as they are the cheapest product! Imagine if I had bought three electric toothbrushes with a tube of toothpaste - I would have got the toothpaste for free!!!! I bought 3 Gliss Oil Elixers at €8.05 each thinking I'd get one free, but because I had unwittingly bought one cheap Gliss conditioner - I got that free! Honestly! What a terrible scam. I would never had noticed had I not thought the bill rather more than I had expected. In addition, the receipt was very hard to understand!! Then, on top of that, I get a message to say that I have an offer of getting six months of free deliveries - which turns out to be only one month and €5 off the yearly rate, but deliveries are not free at all - you still have to spend €100 in the supermarket to get a free delivery! I can get that with my Corte Inglés card without this so called offer of "free deliveries". Do we always have to check our receipts and the small print? Very very disappointed!

After sales service is appalling I bought a fridge freezer in April the seal split in September they finally sent an engineer out last week December 15th only to say the manufacturer only guarantees electrical parts, Corte Ingles have done nothing taken no responsibly for the product they sold me have been so difficult to deal with cutting me off each time I phone answering emails with automated replies never again will I buy from them so very disappointed

My opinion of the Elcorteingles store is absolutely terrible. I had my first encounter with them when I ordered a Garmin watch, and it has been a complete disaster ever since. First of all, the store charges your account immediately but has no intention of delivering the ordered goods. It's a plain scam that destroys customers' trust. What's even worse, the Elcorteingles store tries to keep customers in the dark by sending multiple emails stating that the shipment will be delayed. This is just a trick to keep our hopes up for delivery while they have no intention of delivering the order. Ultimately, the Elcorteingles store does not send the ordered goods, citing some strange "technical reasons." This is absolutely unacceptable, especially when the product is still available for sale on their website. It's clear that they are trying to extort money from unsuspecting customers. I wholeheartedly discourage anyone from using this store. They are nothing but scammers who have no regard for honest customers. My case has been reported to the bank, PayPal, and other financial institutions to prevent any money transfer attempts. I hope others will avoid this place and not fall victim to this scam. Stay away from Elcorteingles like the plague! Mi opinión sobre la tienda Elcorteingles es absolutamente terrible. Tuve mi primer encuentro con ellos cuando pedí un reloj Garmin, y ha sido un desastre completo desde entonces. Estou extremamente insatisfeita com a falta de competência e comprometimento por parte do Corte Inglés em relação à minha recente compra. Efetuei o pedido de uma lixeira no dia 4 de julho e, para minha surpresa, quando finalmente a encomenda chegou, a lixeira estava defeituosa. Entrei em contato com o serviço de atendimento ao cliente, que informou que a troca seria realizada ainda na mesma semana. No entanto, a situação tomou um rumo completamente diferente. Fui informado repetidamente que a troca estava pendente devido à falta de estoque, o que resultou em sucessivos adiamentos na entrega do produto correto. Agora, já se passou um mês desde a data da minha compra e continuo com a lixeira defeituosa ocupando espaço na minha casa. A cada semana, quando ligo para obter informações sobre a troca, sou informada de que a lixeira estará disponível na próxima semana. Esta situação é completamente inaceitável e frustrante. Exijo uma solução imediata e eficaz para esse problema, pois não é razoável que eu tenha que suportar essa espera e falta de clareza por tanto tempo.

Dont be fooled by the foriegner package they offer. The discount card is not. Your purchase bonus is 10% of your present purchase discounted on your next purchase. If that doesnt do your head in. You have to make your next purchase within 4 days because the card has a lifespan of 5 days and youve already used 1 on your first purchase. At which time if you havent made your next purchase you loose your benefit. At time they say no problems just go down to customer serice, navigate their complex waiting system, grab your number wait 20 minutes be served by some who rather be somewhere else and are intent on you knowing that. Of course what else are you holiday in Spain for to waste 1 hr of your life every 5 days at Corte Ingles. Some dumb actuary with no life experience has come up this programme specicaly to deny you any benefits due to the fact that every days you lose your last purchase. They worked out that people on holidays shop at Corte Ingles shop on average every 6 days. So 5 means you get zero benefit. By the way the card is in Spanish writing they dont tell you it expires in 5 days. When you complain they say you should read the fine print its in the fine print, of course in Spanish. Then they say we have it in English Of course they didnt offer it in English, " but you should have asked for it in English" thats why we go on holidays to be reading the fine print on all the transactions you do.

Such a disappointment we have of El Corte Ingles services and manufacturers. Kitchen extensions were ordered in December 2021. Received them only after 4 months with many communication delays. On top, the delivery was missing items and also wrong ones. After 5,5 months, we are still lacking the completion of our order. Noone takes the responsibility. They simply stopped responding to our emails.

Awful experience with the online shopping! I ordered a sweatshirt and a pair of sneakers (Brownie). I go to the shop to pick up the order and when I opened the parcel at home the sneakers WERE NOT THERE. After complaining for 2 months I do not have the sneakers NOR MY 55 euros because they say I must wait until they find the sneakers. UNBELIEVABLE!! I'LL NEVER ORDER ONLINE FROM EL CORTE INGLES AGAIN

I bought some Christmas presents online on cyber Monday (November 31st) Two items were never sent. The delivery time continued to change. Finally, the delivery time was changed to December 17th and nothing arrived. I wrote two messages asking for information. I never received any information. I realized my money had been refunded to my account and my order had been annulled on December 22nd. Again, I was never notified of any of these changes. Terrible customer service! I had ordered Christmas presents on cyber Monday, as you do, and had to wait days before Christmas to find out that my gifts aren´t coming. Now I have to go through the stress of doing last minute Christmas shopping hoping that there is anything left. I will never do any online shopping through el corte ingles again, especially if it is for an important occasion!

He comprado un móvil por Black Friday y tras 2 meses escribiendo a atención al cliente no consigo que me den mi factura. Continuamente me contesta un mensaje automático diciendo que recibiré mi factura pasados unos días, pero nunca llega. Ni por email ni por su web. Abría preferido pagar más y comprarlo en otra web.

THEY DON'T COMPLY WITH THEIR RETURN POLICY!!!! Careful if you order something from this shop online. If you are unlucky and you need to return something from outside Spain, they are not accepting the packages sent to the location they announce as the returning address. CUIDADO CON PEDIDOS DESDE EL EXTRANJERO! El Corte Inglés está rechazando los paquetes que le son remitidos a la dirección que publicitan como lugar donde enviar las devoluciones desde el extranjero. Después culpan a la mensajería y te tienen eternamente en reclamaciones sin solución.

Hola Atención al Cliente, Hice un pedido el Jueves y todavía no lo he recibido. He visto que han enviado con SEUR y ahora lo entiendo todo. SEUR es la peor empresa de reparto que existe. Uno solo tiene que mirar en Google reviews, Trust Pilot o en Facebook para ver la cantidad de gente que no recibe sus paquetes. Anteriormente ya tuve muchos problemas para recibir paquetes de otras empresas a través de Seur. La razón por qué utilice vuestra página web es porqué pensava que el Corte Inglés era una empresa seria. Podía haber pedido lo mismo, más barato en cualquier otra tienda online. Escogí El Corte Inglés pensando que haríais la entrega profesionalmente y a tiempo. Nunca hubiera pensado que vuestra empresa se dejaria dañar la reputación por utilizar un transportista como SEUR. Son unos estafadores! Nunca más haré un pedido online en el Corte Ingles. Además de perderme como cliente, también perderan unos cuantos de mi entorno (amigos y familiares). Me parece que tienen una politica comercial genial! Sigan así, que Amazon se los comerá vivos. Un saludo, Un cliente insatisfecho.
