After sales service is appalling
I bought a fridge freezer in April the seal split in September they finally sent an engineer out last week December 15th only to say the manufacturer only guarantees electrical parts, Corte Ingles have done nothing taken no responsibly for the product they sold me have been so difficult to deal with cutting me off each time I phone answering emails with automated replies never again will I buy from them so very disappointed
