Son unos ladrones. Llevo más de cuatro meses esperando que me devuelvan el importe de un producto online que devolví, y siempre que llamo me dicen que me lo devolverán; incluso alguna vez me han dicho que ya me han hecho el abono y que me llegará proximamente, pero ya han pasado casi cinco meses y sigo esperando.
