It is very sad to see a good store that I grew up with become such a let down in so many ways. The customer care skills were unprofessional and it seems obvious leadership is not investing in training their staff. For the prices they charge and the loyalty of customers, the treatment to paying clients should be parallel. This may be one of the reasons why they are closing down their stores nationwide. It is disappointing for the Areces family (founder). I also worked for the company many years ago and their staff then were really amazing people, but cannot say the same. They seem money grabbing, rude, sloths who have no consideration for their loyal customers.
