I have been buying your iSticks for years at a local vape store near my community. Not ones have I ever had this problem they worked fine for up to two years or more. And I’ve used all kinds of cartridges before… How you’re telling me this. Then you’re telling me there’s nothing wrong with the iStick when it explodes out all that smoke from the sides and you’re telling me this is normal. I don’t think so… I can see now I have wasted my time connecting with your company. I will be calling my bank today to place a claim dispute against your company for the amount of $98.90 And share with my banker all these emails and photos showing your defective TC 40W iSticks. Your company doesn’t believe in customer service, that’s very evident by your company actions always making up one excuse after another. Read the Warranty, sent me this, sent me that. That’s all I hear… You don’t believe in customer service I will be letting all my friends and acquaintances know not to buy from your company anymore. If this is the way you’re going to treat us why should we even buy your products? My Last email, I don’t need all this stress and anxiety that your company have caused me. Life is too short for such insignificant companies like yours, remember this what you put out into the world is what you get back. And because you’re an international company, you feel you have the right to treat American customers this way.
