I have been buying your iSticks for years at a local vape store near my community. Not ones have I ever had this problem they worked fine for up to two years or more. And I’ve used all kinds of cartridges before… How you’re telling me this. I don’t think so… I can see now I have wasted my time connecting with your company. I will be calling my bank today to place a claim dispute against your company for the amount of $98.90 And share with my banker all these emails and photos showing your defective TC 40W iSticks. Your company doesn’t believe in customer service, that’s very evident by your company actions always making up one excuse after another. Read the Warranty, sent me this, sent me that. That’s all I hear… You don’t believe in customer service I will be letting all my friends and acquaintances know not to buy from your company anymore.
