Upon arrival and taking the items out of the box they did not work. I reached out to the company and they told me they don't do refunds for open products, but how can someone know the product is defective without opening it? This was also my 2nd replacement since March. Their products are not reliable and their customer service sucks. It should not be the customers responsibility to prove a brand new device is defective. Terrible products and customer service. Save your time and money.
