They sent a product that is not as per the advertised picture. They have agreed refund on return but you can only send via Evri and the packed product is longer than the Evri limit of 120cm. On contacting Electro World they knew this and have sent a label to return by post but the postage is more than the product and they won't refund the postage. How can they get away with sending a substandard item when knowing there is no way to return it without it costing me more than the product in the first place.
