Mine worked for awhile, then upon a re-install it didn't work. I think this place sells volume licenses that have not met their limits for devices. Either that, or they are unused OEM licenses. In any case when you have issues its because the key has been reported stolen, or its reached its max for device activations in volume licenses. In that case you may ask for another but in the end its a gamble if it works, and how long it works.
