I used the Support Centre today within Wordpress. When they sent me to chat with someone I didn't expect much. In fact, I didn't even expect a reply!
However, Goran got back to me within a good timeframe and sorted out the issue right away!
Super, super impressed and am now even happier about the whole Elegant Themes experience, besides their amazing theme their service is also second to none!
