“Bottom line, Elegant Themes has the absolute best customer service. I had recently added 2-factor authentication, but was busy doing other things at the time and didn't writed the information down. Stupid me! A couple nights later, I couldn't get into my account to work on a client's website. I asked for help; Ana was my chat partner. She figured out a way I could get back into my account. I was so frustrated before talking to her, but she worked diligently to get me back into my account so I could start working again. Ana and Elegant Themes customer service is the GREATEST.
