The service I got from Element was outstanding. I failed to include the make and model of the vehicle, and the sales team contacted me 15 minutes after I placed the order, so they could get the correct offset ordered from the manufacturer. Once that was done, I received the wheels 48 hours later. FedEx delivered them to my neighbor's house, but Element gets a pass on that. :) I ordered these wheels for my daughter's truck, as a Christmas present, but I'll definitely be using Element to order myself some new wheels next year.
