Ordered rims for my rs5. Great rims, as described. However, customer service was poor. Sent me the wrong lug kit (needed lug bolts). When I spoke to customer service, they said they would expedite the shipping, but didn't send it out until 5 days later, and on top of that, ground shipping, which took another week. I told them I was already on a spare tire and needed the rims ASAP. Update: customer service manager called me and let me know lug kit was sent by different vendor that did not uphold their end of the bargain, and apologized, as well as compensated me for inconvenience. Thank you!
