Element wheels themselves were great to deal with. My complaint is the wheels themselves. The ride is not smooth at all no matter how many times we have tried to balance them out. They create a ton of noise and the ride is not smooth at all. We’ve had them for less than 6 months and are considering not putting them back on next summer. Disappointed is an understatement.
